畑を耕す Plowing the field
今年の準備で耕しました。ただ、ネギや玉ねぎ苗、アブラナ等あるのですべてと言う訳にはいきませんが、強風の中頑張りました。

南側はニラやレタスなどを移植したため、比較的全体的に耕せました。
I could plowed the south side ground evenly transplanting leeks or lettuces to another place.

剪定 Pruning
一昨日と今日は選定作業をしました。本当は2月に終えなければならないのですが、3月になってしまいました。柿、キーウイ、紅葉、ブドウなどです。数時間やっただけで首が痛くなります。とても大変な作業ですね。
I worked pruning the day before yesterday and today. Usually, it had been finished until February, but March. Persimmon, Kiwi, Autumnal tints, Grape are pruned. It is extremely hard work, my neck became painful and could not move.

長ネギ Green Onion
今が長ネギの一番おいしい時かもしれません。やわらかくて熱を加えると甘いのです。このうちから来年の種を取ります。
It's a best season to eat green onion, because it is so soft and sweet when heated. I will make seeds from these green onion.

里芋 Taro
2015年の里芋のスタートです。昨年までは立ち枯れたまま土をかぶせて保管していたのですが、昨年から1メートルくらいの穴を掘って埋めました。20株ほど逆さに積んで保管したのですが、見た通り立派に耐えてくれました。ご覧のように120~130個くらいの種が取れました。今日食べましたがとてもおいしかったです。
Starting to operate Taro (Sato-Imo in Japanese). Though to keep Sato-Imo in the ground just only heaping soil up while winter until last year, this year, I digged a pit as1 meter square and 1 meter depth and kept them. About 20 roots were kept in the ground, they were able to endure against the teperature difference. As you see, I could get seed Sato-Imo 120~130 pieces. I was pleased to eat them good!
